By accessing and using Xucymii's custom portrait illustration and artwork services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xucymii. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Xucymii reserves the right to decline commissions that violate legal standards, ethical guidelines, or artistic integrity. We do not create artwork depicting violence, explicit content, hate speech, or illegal activities. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity, revision requests, and current workload. Rush orders may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for personal, non-commercial purposes. Xucymii retains copyright ownership and the right to display completed works in portfolios, marketing materials, and promotional content. Commercial usage rights require separate licensing agreements with additional fees. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Payment schedules vary by project scope, typically requiring deposits before work commencement. Refunds are available only before initial sketches are delivered. Completed work, approved sketches, and work-in-progress are non-refundable. Disputed charges must be raised within thirty days of transaction completion. Late payments may result in project suspension and additional administrative fees.
Standard commissions include predetermined revision rounds as specified in individual project agreements. Additional revisions beyond agreed limits incur supplementary charges. Major conceptual changes after approval of initial sketches may require project renegotiation and additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within specified timeframes to maintain project schedules.
Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. If resolution cannot be achieved, matters will be subject to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. Legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the dispute arising. These terms are governed by applicable local laws and regulations.
Xucymii reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Either party may terminate ongoing projects with appropriate notice, subject to compensation for completed work and reasonable expenses incurred.
